We have 14 QC staff and 2 QC managers in our factory who are responsible for 6 production lines. In order to guarantee the quality of our customers, our QC personnel work from material - production - packing - loading. Before production, we will make a pre-production sample for clients to final confirm and approve. After clients’ approval, we start to make the production. Additionally, they check every process and report any news directly to the QC manager and sales. Our final inspection of finished goods is handled by QC managers and sales staff and reports are AQL 4.0 compliant.
